Video Uploads and GIF Uploads

Videos and GIFs are handled differently on CND.

Video Uploads

Actual video files may take time to process after they are uploaded.

If your video does not appear right away, give it time to finish processing before uploading the same video again. Uploading the same video multiple times can slow things down and may delay processing further.

GIF Uploads

GIFs should be uploaded as photos/images, not as videos.

If you are trying to post a GIF, use the photo/image upload option instead of the video upload option.

Still Having Trouble?

If the video or GIF still does not work after waiting and using the correct upload option, go to Support Inbox and open a new support ticket.

Please include:

- whether you were uploading a video or GIF
- where you were trying to upload it
- what happened
- your device type
- your browser
- a screenshot or error message if available
