Community Standards for Profile Information

CND profiles should give other members basic information about who is associated with the profile and what they are looking for on Couples Next Door.

How much detail a member shares is up to them, but profiles need enough completed information to reasonably represent the member or members using the account and how they intend to use CND.

Profiles may not use placeholders like N/A, TBA, or similar wording in place of required profile information.

Not Allowed

Profile information may not include:

- outside contact info, including messaging-app handles, email addresses, phone numbers, URLs, websites, or other outside contact methods
- ads, commercial solicitation, paid-content promotion, business promotion, or attempts to redirect members to outside platforms for commercial purposes, including promotion of any business, site, event, or organization not approved by CND
- statements meant to create drama, target other members, or make derogatory claims about other members
- false, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate profile information

Singles Profiles

Single male and single female profiles must be written as singles profiles.

Singles may mention regular play partners with that person’s permission, but the profile may not be written or presented as a couples profile.

Enforcement

CND may remove, modify, or require changes to profile information that does not meet Community Standards.

CND may also limit account access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other action deemed appropriate when profile information is false, misleading, disruptive, promotional, unsafe, or otherwise violates CND policies.
