CND Community Standard for Managing Your Account

CND members are responsible for keeping their account type and profile information accurate.

Changing Profile Types

CND does not change a profile from one account type to another after signup.

If a member needs to change from a single profile to a couples profile, or from a couples profile to a single profile, the member must create a new profile using the correct account type.

After creating the correct profile, the member should open a Support Ticket through the Support Inbox and request termination of the prior account.

Multiple Accounts

CND does not allow multiple active accounts associated with the same individual or individuals.

Singles must use a single profile, and couples must use a couples profile.

Any account or member found to have more than one active profile may be subject to account restriction, suspension, termination, or other action deemed appropriate by CND.

Membership Transfers

CND does not transfer memberships, profile information, contacts, photos, or account history from one profile to another.

This includes moving from a couples profile to a single profile, or from a single profile to a couples profile.

Support Requests

To request termination of a prior account or ask for help with account-type issues, open your profile/account menu, go to Support Inbox, and select Open New Ticket.

Enforcement

CND may lock, restrict, suspend, terminate, or remove accounts that are inaccurate, duplicative, misleading, used to bypass membership rules, or otherwise in violation of CND policies.
