Subscription or Premium Membership Issues

If you have a question about your CND subscription, premium membership, payment, renewal, or billing status, please contact CND through Support.

Before Opening a Ticket

If your account does not appear to show the correct membership level or premium features, first try refreshing the page, signing out and back in, or clearing your browser cache.

Sometimes old browser data can cause the site to display outdated account information.

Opening a Support Ticket

To contact CND about a subscription or billing issue, open your profile/account menu, go to Support Inbox, and select Open New Ticket.

Please include as much detail as possible, including:

- your username
- what membership or subscription issue you are seeing
- the date of the payment or renewal, if applicable
- any proof of payment available
- what device and browser you are using
- a screenshot if available

Billing Questions

Membership fees, cancellations, and billing are governed by the CND Terms of Service.

CND does not store member credit card information.

If your payment was processed through CCBill, please contact CND Support first for membership or account-status questions. CCBill may process the payment, but CND handles membership access and account status.

If you believe there is a billing error or your account is not showing the correct membership status, please open a Support Ticket so CND can review the account and payment information available.

Do not include full credit card numbers in a Support Ticket.
