CND Community Standards — Drug Use at Events

These Community Standards supplement the CND Terms of Service and provide additional guidance on conduct expectations at Events, as defined in the Terms of Service, Section 14, including O’Zone Events.

Prohibited Substances

The use, possession, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs or unlawfully possessed controlled substances is strictly prohibited at all Events.

This standard applies in accordance with applicable laws, venue rules, and CND Community Standards.

Attendee Responsibility

All attendees are responsible for their own conduct and are expected to act in a manner that prioritizes personal safety and the safety of others while attending Events.

Attendance at any Event constitutes acceptance of the assumption of risk and release of liability provisions in the CND Terms of Service, Section 14.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the Event at CND’s sole discretion.

Additional action may be taken as deemed appropriate by CND, including restriction or removal from future Events, suspension or termination of platform access, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

CND does not provide warnings or progressive discipline for violations of this policy.
