Account Deletion and Data Retention

When a CND account is deleted, deactivated, cancelled, or terminated, some account information may be removed from member-facing or site-visible areas of CND.

Account deletion does not always mean every internal record is immediately or permanently deleted. CND may retain limited records when needed for legal, security, billing, compliance, dispute, moderation, abuse-prevention, tax/accounting, or operational reasons.

Records that may be retained can include account identifiers, username or user ID, email address, signup date, cancellation or end date, signup IP address, ZIP code, support or moderation history, and limited transaction-reference information.

CND does not directly store member credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled through CCBill, and CND may retain transaction-reference information connected to CCBill records.

Member-submitted content, profile information, photos, messages, or other site activity may be retained, removed, restricted, or preserved depending on account status, legal requirements, reporting obligations, compliance needs, or site-security concerns.

CND does not guarantee that all account-related information will be deleted immediately after an account is closed, cancelled, deleted, or terminated.
